Phase One of the new build at Countryside Road commissioned design drawings for planning board approvals. Phase Two required a design that settled between the different tastes of the two owners while achieving the necessary functions of the large yard. The brief required an entry approach that creates the feeling of arriving at a villa, an area to be used as a recreational facility for their foster dogs and pet rescue and a private retreat in the rear that balances the modern interiors with the Mediterranean aesthetic of the home’s exterior.
